Despite her success, Emily shared that the timing for starting a family doesn’t feel right at the moment. “We knew we wanted to wait at least three years… well, three years flew by. And now, this November, we will have been married six years,” she reflected. The couple is enjoying their time together and acknowledges that children could enhance their joy, but Emily feels committed to her career, which she has pursued for over a decade.

Logistical Challenges of Touring

This year, Emily made a significant leap from touring in a van to traveling by tour bus, which had initially been seen as a potential turning point for family planning.
