A young concert-goer named Emily had a heartfelt wish when she attended Ella Langley’s concert: to sing with the artist. With a handmade sign that read, “Can I sing with you?”, Emily’s dream became a reality by the end of the event.
On September 12, Ella Langley performed at the Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center during The Dandelion Tour. Among the audience members was Emily, who certainly enjoyed an unforgettable evening with her family.
Videos shared on TikTok captured Emily enthusiastically singing along throughout the night. She arrived dressed for the occasion in a sparkling crown and sash, having recently earned the title of Little Miss Gallia County 2026. In fact, she had previously performed Langley’s song “Dandelion” during her talent segment in the competition, showcasing her dedication to the artist.
To make her presence known, Emily carried a large poster stating, “I’m little miss 2026, but I just want to be YOU. Can I sing with you?” This heartfelt message caught Langley’s attention as she performed.
During her performance of “Loving Life Again,” Langley noticed Emily singing along and decided to make her dream come true. She paused her act to invite the young girl on stage, saying, “I’ve never done this before, but I have to get this little girl up here.” The crowd cheered as Emily joined her.
Langley engaged with Emily by passing the microphone back and forth, allowing the young fan to sing along with her. Emily beamed with joy as she sang several lines of the uplifting song, impressing both Langley and the audience.
After their performance, Langley and Emily shared a hug, with Langley congratulating her on a job well done before sending her back into the audience. For Langley, this moment held special significance, as it reminded her of her own childhood dreams of performing.
At another concert, Langley expressed gratitude for the chance to pursue her dreams, saying, “I can’t stop thinking about that little kid who wanted to do nothing other than what I’m doing right now.” She emphasized her appreciation for the journey and the young girl who persevered through challenges to achieve her goals.
Ella Langley will continue her Dandelion Tour this weekend with performances scheduled in Oxford, Mississippi, on September 17, Athens, Georgia, on September 18, and Jacksonville, Florida, on September 19.
