HARDY has officially wrapped up the COUNTRY! COUNTRY! TOUR, a journey that brought his electrifying performances to over 400,000 fans during 39 shows.
The six-month tour began in February in Oshawa, Ontario, and concluded on August 21 in New Braunfels, Texas. Throughout the tour, HARDY showcased an impressive lineup of supporting acts at various venues, including Cameron Whitcomb, Tucker Wetmore, Mitchell Tenpenny, Muscadine Bloodline, Jake Worthington, and McCoy Moore.
This tour was not just a series of concerts; it was an extension of HARDY’s COUNTRY! COUNTRY! album, providing fans nationwide the opportunity to experience the music in a vibrant live setting.
For HARDY, delivering a remarkable performance transcends merely taking the stage. When he first toured as an opener for major artists like Morgan Wallen, his aim was to dazzle the crowd and make the headliner feel the pressure of following his act. He expressed this competitive spirit in an interview with Rolling Stone, stating, “Our goal was to outshine the acts we opened for.”

In contrast to his competitive performance style, HARDY adopts a collaborative approach to songwriting. He frequently collaborates with a rotating group of about 15 writers, believing that each brings unique perspectives that contribute to crafting outstanding songs.
As the COUNTRY! COUNTRY! chapter concludes, HARDY is back in the studio, working on new music that he hints could be his finest work to date. Over his career, he has ventured through various musical styles, from rock to country, and now he is focused on allowing his music to define itself. “I can confidently say I’m back in the studio, and the next thing is going to be the best thing I’ve ever put out,” he stated during a live Q&A with Amazon Music at the Cavendish Beach Music Festival.
