Garth Brooks has released a statement regarding the conclusion of his three-year radio partnership with TuneIn.
End of Free Radio Stations
As noted in a recent press release, Brooks’ free radio stations, which include The BIG 615, Tailgate Radio, and The Garth Channel, will be ceasing operations. These stations have delivered live, complimentary radio content to countless country music enthusiasts globally.
Sign Off Dates
The Garth Channel and Tailgate Radio will officially shut down on Tuesday, September 22. However, The BIG 615 will continue broadcasting on TuneIn until the end of 2026, albeit without its connection to Garth Brooks or The Sevens Network.
Transition after Acquisition
This development follows the acquisition of TuneIn by Stingray Group Inc. In his statement, Brooks expressed gratitude, saying, “The Stingray family has been fantastic in the transition along with TuneIn’s staff. We couldn’t be happier with the three years we have spent with them and wish them well on their future endeavors, hoping to cross paths again.”

Similarly, a third date in Orlando at the Kia Center has been announced following sellouts of the first two shows.
